By accessing or using Airdocx (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use Airdocx, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account secure.

4. Use of Service

• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• You agree not to upload or generate content that infringes on the rights of others.

5. Fees and Payments

Airdocx offers various pricing plans. Details are available on our website. You agree to pay the applicable fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable, except as specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Airdocx. You retain ownership of any data or documents you upload or generate through the Service. Airdocx does not claim ownership over user-generated documents but reserves rights over the platform and software.

7. Refund Policy

Airdocx operates on a transparent and fair refund policy. Since our service involves digital document generation, refunds are only provided under specific conditions outlined below.

• Refund Eligibility
  You may be eligible for a refund if:
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
  • You purchased a duplicate plan by mistake.
  • You were unable to use the service due to technical issues directly caused by Airdocx.
  Refunds are not provided if:
  • The service was used to generate records/documents.
  • The purchase was made by mistake and the plan has been used.
  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

• How to Request a Refund
  Email hi@airdocx.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Plan]" and provide:
  • Your registered email address.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Any supporting details (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
  Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

• Chargebacks & Disputes
  If you believe there is an issue with your payment, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can delay the resolution process and may result in your account being restricted.
  Airdocx reserves the right to suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent or excessive chargebacks.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Airdocx is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for loss or damages arising from the use of the Service. Airdocx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolutions

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (USA). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Delaware (USA), except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
